What is PRP?

One of the most popular treatments used by celebrities and skin care clients throughout the country is the PRP treatment. More formally known as a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments, the process behind this procedure is advanced and effective. Through the innovative use of PRP, practitioners can minimize signs of aging in a single, one-hour procedure.

PRP is often recommended to address facial lines, including crow’s feet and smile lines.  During the procedure, Suzanne will draw a small amount of blood from your arm. After centrifuging the sample to separate the platelets from the other components of the blood, we can apply the platelet sample to the surface of your skin. The old nickname comes both from the rejuvenating quality of the treatment and its use of blood.
